I've noticed recently that a lot of my friends are experiencing change, or thinking about change. Not in a bad way, of course, but it made me think of those who really can't bear change. I know someone like that. She always denies change, and does not wish to change. She also believes that change is a bad thing, and I'm trying to convince her that it isn't.
For example, a few things have changed for me recently, with a positive outcome:
- I am more confident
- I actually feel pretty
- My favorite drink from Starbucks is the Peppermint Mocha
- I am happy
And yet, she doesn't believe me that sometimes change is beneficial. I'll get her one day. (:
Anyhoo, I recommend that you try the Peppermint Mocha. It tastes like liquid After Eight, (only not Nestle.) and warms you right up.
